Hi. I'm Maria. I work with leaders who are navigating growth, change and the quieter questions beneath confidence and performance. My approach is grounded in psychology and coaching - and in the belief that authentic leadership shows up not through performance, but through clarity about who you are, what you stand for and where you are going. Often, the work doesn't begin with fixing something at all, but with slowing down enough to notice what is already there - and what no longer serves you in your current reality.If you are feeling you have outgrown the older version of yourself, but the new one has not quite shaped yet, if you are wondering what it means to scale your leadership as the scope and team size grow, getting support through coaching is a great place to start.

I work through one-on-one coaching, learning circles and workshops.
There is no fixed path. We begin with the reality of your role, your context, and the questions you are carrying. The work is reflective, practical and is focused on steady growth and meaningful change, not quick fixes.Leaders often come to this work with questions such as:
